Below is a list of free local (Northamptonshire only) and national organisations that may be able to help you if you’re struggling with your mental health during the Covid-19 pandemic. The list is divided into different sections: for children and young people; for adults; and for practical help and support. Each section includes a list for local (Northamptonshire) and national organisations. The information gathered here is taken from each organisation’s website and was correct on the 23rd of November 2020. ASSIST Trauma Care:

www.assisttraumacare.org.uk

ASSIST Trauma Care employs experienced therapists trained to work with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and the after-effects of trauma in line with current evidence-based practices. The service is based in Rugby in the East Midlands and has outreach teams in England and Wales. Call 01788 551919.
